The Opportunity
To support our national growth, we are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to effectively manage and deliver transformational projects across Qscan Group. This is a
12-month full time contract
position with possible extension for the right candidate.
The role will be responsible for:
Defining project objectives, project scope, roles and responsibilities in line with business needs and using formal project management methodologies and tools.
Managing project resource availability and allocation effectively and efficiently.
Preparing detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities in line with formal project management methodologies.
Developing budgets based on agreed requirements, and track costs to deliver projects on budget.
Reporting on project status and performance against the PMP.
Making decisions and/or escalating decisions to resolve project issues in a constructive and timely manner that considers the needs of all key stakeholders.
Managing the relationships and communications with all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess:
Minimum 5 years' experience working in a Project Manager role, overseeing a variety of enterprise-wide transformational projects.
PRINCE2 or Project Management Institute (PMI/PMP) certification, or equivalent tertiary qualification.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies & best practices (PMBOK).
Proven ability to deliver projects according to agreed scope, timeline & budget.
Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder & conflict management skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
Great team player, and effective leadership skills to motivate the project teams.
Experience in leading healthcare projects would be very highly regarded.
