This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the team at Peak Plumbing and Gas Services.
Based in Chevallum, Queensland, this role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of plumbing projects within the Commercial Plumbing industry.What you'll be doingManage all aspects of plumbing projects from planning to completionLiaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budgetPrepare project plans, schedules and budgets to track progress and identify any issuesMonitor and report on project KPIs, providing recommendations to improve efficiencyEnsure all work is completed in compliance with relevant codes, regulations and safety standardsIdentify and mitigate risks to the successful delivery of projectsProvide mentoring and guidance to junior members of the project teamWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on plumbing projectsDemonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and deliver complex construction projects on time and within budgetStrong understanding of plumbing industry regulations, codes and best practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficient in the use of project management software and toolsTertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field is highly regardedWhat we offerCompetitive salary and bonus schemeOpportunities for career progression and professional developmentFlexible work arrangements to support work-life balanceAccess to comprehensive health and wellbeing benefitsCollaborative and supportive team environmentAbout usPeak Group is a leading construction and infrastructure services provider, delivering projects across Queensland for over 20 years.
