Project Manager - Multi-Residential

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee multi-residential projects $70M +.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects and possess the leadership skills necessary to guide a high performing project team.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Lead the projects to ensure quality and safety is met
Scope of Works Formation
Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Client, Consultant and Project Team management
Cash Flow Forecasting and Management
Programme reporting, monitoring, RFI, Risk Management & issuing Formal Notices
Ensuring site is managed to HSE requirements that the project team adhere to
Managing and Mentoring the project team
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar
10 Years Project Management experience delivering multi-residential projects
Local knowledge with strong relationships with consultants, trades & suppliers
Jobpac & Procore software
Contracts Administration background
History of mitigating risk and avoiding commercial error
Proven Time Management and Attention to Detail skills
Must be a team player and enjoy collaboration
