Ramvek are seeking an experienced Project Manager working within the shopfitting space, with the ability to manage:The delivery of multiple projects (pre-construction, OHS, subcontractor management, handover and defects)The financial responsibilities of each projectThe detailed program and day to day management of the job, through the life of projectKey Skills:Experience in Commercial or Retail Fit outs, Project Management or relevant building/trade backgroundStrong financial acumen, attention to detail, communication skills along with the ability to multitaskUnderstanding of specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildabilityThis is a permanent full-time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful organisation.Your application will include the following questions:How many years of project management experience do you have?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have in the construction industry?How many years' experience do you have as a project manager?Do you have experience preparing and submitting tenders?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of OH&S/WHS?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?
