We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
This role is crucial in steering and executing a range of projects within Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT), ensuring they align with organisational goals, are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the defined objectives.
The Project Manager acts as a bridge among sponsors, stakeholders, users, and support teams, facilitating the achievement of project targets.
As part of our Digital Transformation Office and reporting to the Project Services Manager, you will join an experienced team as we expand our capabilities through automation and technology.
Key responsibilities include: Multi-Project and Strategic Initiative Management: Execute multiple projects and strategic initiatives in parallel, aligning with organisational objectives.
Digital Transformation Leadership: Act as a driving force for digital transformation, advocating for the integration of innovative digital solutions and practices.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Change and Risk Oversight: Proactively manage risks and changes to minimise disruption to project scope, timeline, and quality.
Quality and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project outputs meet established quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
Selection criteria: Australian Citizenship or Permanent residency status essential (We do not offer sponsorship for this position).
Bachelor's degree in information technology or similar including Professional certs including PMBOK, PMP, Prince2 etc.
Proven track record of leading and implementing medium to large scale transformation initiatives, preferably in complex healthcare organisations although not essential.
Experience working in a standalone style of Project Manager role within a small team, comfortable rolling your sleeves up and being hands-on.
Previous Business Analysis experience highly regarded.
Strong stakeholder management experience to Executive leadership level.
