We are seeking a Project Manager with demonstrated skills and experience working in civil and residential construction, reporting into the Development Director based at the Norwest office.
THE ROLE The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and direct teams to ensure the effective delivery of land subdivision projects, aligning with the values and goals of the Campbell Property Group.
This role sits within the CPG Estate team, collaborating internally with Development Managers, Finance, and the Executive Team.
Externally collaborating with Consultants, Subcontractors, Approval Authorities, Clients, and Builders.
Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to: Develop, manage, monitor, and report on project outcomes and deliverables within agreed timeframes.Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate project design, approvals, and construction activities, ensuring effective project delivery.Provide civil project management expertise from inception to completion.Manage authority submissions and approvals compliance and ensure projects are delivered safely, to required quality, on time, and within budget.Assist in project scoping, design, cost analysis, and technical support.Perform the role of Contract Superintendent or manage an external Contract Superintendent.
