Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Project Manager to join a dynamic team in the CBD in Perth.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of ERP systems, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Manage project resources, including internal teams and third-party vendors.
Identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users.
Continuously assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field would be preferred.
Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager, preferably in Manufacturing.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
