Job Description

The company

A builder who was established three years ago but have over 15 years of client relationships in place are growing from strength to strength and are currently operating with 26 staff. They operate in multiple sectors including service upgrades to education and health buildings. Their projects range from $500K to $10M.

They have offices located in the state and are looking for a PM for their Sunshine Coast office.

The role – Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join their Sunshine Coast team where you will be working on projects form a value of $500K to $5M. You will be joining a team of 8 in their Sunny Coast team.

What We Are Looking For

A trade background or a completed construction degree
Proven history of being able to deliver a projects of this size
Stable career with previous employers
Able to lead from the front and take full ownership of a project
Able to lead a team and work autonomously
