Level 3, $79,156 - $84,977 per annum (pro-rata) (PSCA 2022) This is a permanent full-time position commencing in September 2024.

We are looking for:

Excellent customer service skills for responding to enquiries in an accurate, informative, and timely manner. A keen attention to detail for managing and maintaining our databases. The ability to develop strong working partnerships with customers and stakeholders.

About the role

The Leap program is one of the Department's staff attraction and retention initiatives. Its objective is to requalify existing teachers into areas of need. The Leap Project Officer will support the Leap team in the delivery of the Leap program. There will also be opportunities to assist the team in other attraction and retention activities including: Setting up and answering queries during Information webinars. Assisting with the set up and working at various Career and Teaching Expos. University presentations – talking to pre-service teachers and highlighting the benefits the Department offers.
