Your next role will be working within the fit-out division of a Tier 3 commercial construction company, delivering projects up to $8 million.
You will be delivering a $4 m spec suite fit-out in Port Melbourne as your first project.
The company has built a reputation for exceptional project management, procurement, design, and construction for projects in all industry sectors, including commercial, industrial, health and wellbeing, early learning, and education.
The leaders of this organisation have a very progressive approach to not only construction in the modern world but also a modernised culture and management of its valued professionals. They are very hands-on in mentoring their staff and believe that a team approach is by far the best way to succeed.
They are two very connected, experienced, and attentive directors with 50+ years of experience between them. You couldn't ask for a better environment to grow professionally.
To be considered for this role these are the key competencies you must possess.
To be considered for this role, you will need to either be a Senior CA or Junior PM. Delivering fit-out projects locally.
