We work in Education, Infrastructure, Health, NSW State Government, Hunter Local Government, commercial, retail and residential for a broad range of private organisations.

We are currently seeking a project manager to join us in our brand new office in Newcastle West, to assist in the delivery of a number of residential projects.

About You:
A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Surveying or related field.
A team player to contribute to our positive culture.
Experience in the delivery of residential land development projects.
Liaising with Local Government and Utility Authorities.
Reading and understanding engineering drawings.
Administering AS4000 contracts as the civil superintendent.
Working in a team environment.
People management and relationship development.
Experience in project budgeting, cost management and reporting.
Well developed oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills.
NSW Government approved White Card or equivalent.
