Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team at our Rhodes office.
With the support of over 430 experts nationally, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our high-profile projects and enhance client advocacy and confidence.
Specifically:
Negotiation with stakeholders (clients, Authorities, other consultants etc) in relation to project deliverables (approvals, applications, contractual matters) to ensure the successful delivery of projectsDevelop relationships with potential clients and improve/maintain existing client relationshipsAssist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverablesQualificationsProven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery - ideally in land developmentDemonstrated leadership and project management skillsExperience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk managementHigh level industry awareness and engagementRelevant tertiary qualificationsAdditional InformationAt Colliers, we are enterprising.
