The Duratec business has experienced substantial growth in the value, complexity, and number of projects that the business will deliver. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to step in and coordinate our Northern Queensland operations.
You will be responsible for the delivery of numerous projects and teams, with a scope of works that includes mining, commercial, oil and gas.
As the Project Manager, you will be supported by our experienced project teams, with the opportunity to contribute and guide project and organisational success.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage day-to-day operations with project teams and local support services
Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and implement corrective actions where necessary to ensure timely delivery
Oversee project budgets and reports
Involvement with tendering/estimation contributions inclusive of; programme, methodology and logistics
Source, retain and manage a local team to deliver project success
Facilitate meetings and planning sessions
Build a collaborative and inclusive workplace that encourages diversity

ABOUT YOU
You will be a motivated and outside-of-the-box thinker seeking the next step in your career whilst contributing to the Duratec Group's visions and goals. Your prior experience as a Project Manager will include:

Demonstrated delivery of multiple construction and/or infrastructure projects >$10M
Sound knowledge of the application and establishment of project planning, scheduling and cost control tools
Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, permits, and compliance requirements in the construction industry
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams to ensure successful delivery
Ability to influence and drive teams to deliver contributions to business objectives
Drivers License
