We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee civil and earthworks projects, including basements, car parks, roads, and stormwater.
Reporting to an experienced Construction Manager, you'll manage talented teams of Project and Site Engineers.

Start ASAP and make your mark!You will be accountable for:Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for civil and earthworks projects.Coordinate resources, materials, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Maintain clear communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and site staff.Foster a collaborative and safety-focused team environment.Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage variations effectively.Ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters and profitability targets.Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.The Requirements:Proven track record in managing civil construction projects, including basements, car parks, earthworks, roads, and stormwater.Experience in delivering multiple projects concurrently or managing larger standalone projects up to $20M+.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality assurance.Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and budget management.Ability to interpret and manage technical drawings and specifications.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate project teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and project teams effectively.Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.An attractive salary is on offer for the successful candidate which can be discussed upon the level of experience you're bringing to the project.
