About us:Pructon engages in work across various industries, including mining, oil and gas, power generation, and water infrastructure.
We boast a diverse workforce, comprising individuals with recognised technical and trade certifications, engineering, and other professional qualifications.
Due to exciting growth, we are actively seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our Brisbane team and manage water projects in the QLD region.
The Role:This role requires the successful candidate to be responsible for the duties listed below but not limited to.
Management and coordination of projects valued between $2 to $10mOverseeing the construction of structures, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.Prepare, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirementsAssist in the tendering review of projects and variationsMaintain accurate project documentation, contracts, and correspondenceLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth contract executionMonitor contract performance, manage variations, and track project costsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Ensuring project planning, scheduling, and budgeting targets are met.Manage the contract ensuring the project meets KPI's, Safety, Quality, Time, and Cost.Compile variation & EOT notices in line with the contract and project timeline.Managing project progress and addressing any challenges that may arise.Requirements for the Role:We are seeking candidates with the following skills, experience, and qualities:
3+ years' experience within the Australian Construction Industry within water infrastructure.Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Contracts administrator.Degree educated in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or Commercial law.Candidates with a commercial background in construction are encouraged to applyPrevious experience in contract administration within the construction industry, preferably industrial projectsComprehensive experience in managing and delivering projects within the water infrastructure projects.Sound communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Valid Australian Drivers Licence.Benefits working with Pructon:A strong pipeline of local projectsAccess to approachable and down-to-earth senior managementWork with an experienced and supportive teamHighly competitive annual salary, full timeHow to apply:If you would like the opportunity to join our wonderful team, we would love to hear from you!
