Due to the awarding of multiple earthworks and land development projects set to break ground shortly, we are looking to welcome an additional Project Manager to join our team.
Your RoleThis is a great opportunity to join a top tier national business who is very well established and respected in Brisbane.
You will be working very closely with the Construction Manager to ensure that this portfolio of 4 x brand new projects comprised of earthworks, land development and subdivision jobs are delivered to the highest level of quality, with plenty more work in the pipeline.
You will be supported and provided with full authority over your project portfolio: profit and loss and project financials, hiring of site crews, client liaison, procurement, OHS & environmental, project delivery according to design specifications, multiple site visitations to support site crews etc.
You will have multiple project and site engineers in your team to mentor and aid you in your goals helping to build a happy and productive team environment which is a big part of the culture of this business.
We have some of the best mentoring, training and leadership programs in Australia, conducted both internally and externally.
We aim to give you all the best training and resources in order to promote your career and expertise.
To be suitable for this role, you will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and have demonstrated experience in subdivision and earthworks projects.
