Monthly lunches and social events at holidays. About the Role: Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects across Queensland. You will be responsible for:
Leading new build, redevelopment, and refurbishment construction projects from concept and design to completion. Overseeing project delivery to ensure that milestones, budgets, and standards are met. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes. Managing project teams and consultants to drive efficient and effective project delivery. Overseeing the delivery of projects valued between $1M - $20M. Key Responsibilities: Full project lifecycle management across new builds, refurbishments, and redevelopments. Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Head of Construction. This role will require regional travel (once a fortnight) - All expenses would be covered. Requirements: Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or similar field. Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience in the construction industry. Ability to work within a team whilst also having the ability to deliver projects as a solo PM.
