Role Description
We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a range of projects at various stages. These can range between $1-20M in value, across civil, build or utilities. Located in the beautiful Sunny Coast, you'll be responsible for:
Overseeing the scopes of works.
Managing the design, tender and procurement process.
Engaging with contractors and consultants.
Managing construction/delivery phases.
Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience as a Client-Side Project Manager, ideally in a Consultancy.
Experience delivering construction/infrastructure projects in a live environment.
Airport/Aviation experience will be highly advantageous.
Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
A willingness to work with team members to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients, in a highly governed environment.
Qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
