About The Opportunity With all of their construction teams busy on projects and a new industrial project starting on the civil works, this Mid Tier builder requires another PM. For this project, your full team will be site based and you will have a lot of autonomy in your role. You will report to the Construction Manager who sees his role as a facilitator rather than directing you on how to run your project. Most of their projects are either southside or northside, so they can accommodate a PM who lives on either side of the city.
What You Will Need To Succeed Previous experience delivering industrial projects of a similar size as a PM would be ideal, but it is not essential. The bigger goal is to secure a PM who will be successful in their business and enjoy working there for many years to come.
