Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project methodology, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure all project objectives are met. Monitor project expenditures, manage financial risks, and ensure the project is completed within budget. Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets regulatory standards and company expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the project stays on track. Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and other legal requirements. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or industrial maintenance industry. Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure situations. What We Offer
