Your contribution: Provide high level leadership, expertise and policy advice to project stakeholders and relevant client representatives with respect to policy development and strategic positioning.Develop highly collaborative relationships with First Nations people, Traditional Owners and other key stakeholders to underpin the success of projects.Lead the design and implementation of policy initiatives that build and reframe our relationships and deliver outcomes aligned to First Nations people's rights and aspirations.Manage and implement strategic organisational initiatives utilizing both established and innovative policy development approaches and methodologies.Provide advice relating to relevant legislation to inform policy development, compliance and decision making across the department.Manage and lead projects and teams, including budget development, to ensure successful and timely delivery of outcomes in support of the department's strategic direction.What's in it for you?
