Realistic duties you will perform as a Project Manager
Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues
Responsible for implementing systems and processes that address worker and public safety
Procure and manage adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
Ensure procurement of goods and services is undertaken with the appropriate forms of engagement that, as far as possible, address worker safety and reduce potential commercial loss or exposure to litigation
Liaise with clients to plan and determine program timeframes and milestones
Administer contract requirements with a high degree of compliance to address commercial risk
Provide on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project and program team
What we are looking for
Experienced civil Project Manager or SPE (happy to review applications at all levels)
Ideally, candidates with experience in infrastructure or urban developments
Must have a valid driver's license
Great team player that's looking for a company to grow their career with
Bachelor of engineering or project management
