Project Manager

What are you going to doWorking as a Project Manager, you will take a leading role delivering the project from the Greenfield Site to PC, working alongside a fully resourced Site Team.Duties will include:Planning all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.Obtaining all necessary regulations and permits.Ensuring projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.Managing Site Managers and Foremen, overseeing their work.Communicating with clients and delivering project progress reports.Maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors.Developing and adhering to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.Collaborating with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.HSE responsibility in partnership with HSE Advisor and Manager.Using scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.Essential skills and knowledgeBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related degree (Required).Proven delivery of commercial projects with a value of $10M+ (Required).5+ years of Commercial Construction Experience and experience operating as a Project Manager (Required).The ability to manage and mentor in a collaborative and supportive manner.Excels at organisation, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting.Enjoys working in a team environment but is also able to work autonomously when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
