They specialise in the delivery of commercial new build and complex refurbishments up to $20m in value.Our client is a mid-tier head contractor who delivers commercial new build and complex refurbishment projects up to $20m in value.
With a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team.The business prides itself on delivering a high-quality end product on technically demanding projects and as such they are looking for a Project Manager with a desire to be challenged and tested.

Key responsibilities will include:Leading Project delivery teams made up of 2-4 personnel (CAs, SMs, etc.
)Financial responsibility for projectsMonthly cost reporting to the board of directorsMentoring more junior team membersProfile

Selection criteria will include:Proven track record delivering projects up to $20m in valueCommercial acumen and strong financial management skillsJob Offer
