Project Manager

Project Manager required that can hit the ground running & experienced managing projects in Brisbane and surrounds up to $20M in the commercial space.
Our client is looking to add to the team a skilled Project Manager that is driven to succeed and is commercially savvy.

Broad range of project exposure including; Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Health.

This opportunity would be ideal for a team player that has a track record of delivering the above projects on time and under budget. This is a young and vibrant construction team that has a great culture, so looking for a similar minded individual.

Tasks & Responsibilities: Lead the projects to ensure quality and safety is met Scope of Works Formation Letting of sub-contracts & sub-contractor management Client, Consultant and Project Team management Liaison with Estimators and Line Management Cash Flow Forecasting and Management Programme reporting, monitoring, RFI, Risk Management & issuing Formal Notices Ensuring site is managed to HSE requirements that the project team adhere to Managing and Mentoring the project team Required Skills: Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Similar 2- 3 Years Project Manager experience delivering multiple of the above projects Contracts Administration background Trade background - would be favoured History of delivering projects, mitigating risk and avoiding commercial error Proven Time Management and Attention to Detail skills Must be a team player and have a track record of delivering high-profile projects Company benefits: Staff development framework Fun team culture with regular social events Long-term opportunity & stable employment Well-supported by management If you tick all of the above boxes please click on the APPLY For This Job or send your CV to ****** or can be contacted on 0409 577 690.
