Job Overview An outstanding opportunity now exists for an experienced Project Manager to join our Queensland team working on various projects. The successful candidate will:
Directly supervise field personnel, sub-contractors, design, and material resources to ensure efficient utilization of labour and materials. Program, plan, and administer projects to achieve maximum returns and meet client expectations. Undertake "cost to complete" analysis of projects and assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports and forecasting. Qualifications Ideally, we are seeking a Project Manager with experience in the fire systems industry, in addition to:
Well-developed supervisory skills Strong communication skills Time management expertise Customer focus Contract planning and scheduling proficiency Contract implementation and resolution capabilities A comprehensive knowledge of the Building Code of Australia, Australian Standards, and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Codes will be advantageous.
