About the role As Project Manager across all Projects, you will manage the planning and execution of various developments which comprise of capital works program and initiatives, asset integrity upgrades, major redevelopments along with minor refurbishments across a large and expansive portfolio of forecourt, fuel and convenience shop projects.
You'll also:
Manage programs and initiatives from end to end (Concept to commissioning) Manage all retail project activities from concept through to construction and commissioning. Coordinate design (scope & documentation), cost planning and program (scheduling) activities. Apply contract management skills to tender and award construction contracts, procure equipment and oversee project execution. Undertake Quality Assurance and WHS activities throughout the construction phase. Performance manage key vendor and construction partners (Contractors, Suppliers and Consultants). Control time and costs on projects, and report these to the business and stakeholders. Manage stakeholder relationships both internal and external to the business. About you and your skills We are looking for a knowledgeable Project Manager with extensive experience in delivering projects in fast-paced growth environments under a structured framework.
You'll also have:
Experience in project management within Retail, Food, QSR or Petrol and Convenience industries In-depth knowledge of Australian Standards, contracts, building and safety legislation with WPCG accreditation Proven ability to manage project scope, perform project scheduling and programming, finance, resource management, WHS, risks while ensuring quality assurance and issue resolution. Proven track record in fast-paced delivery within a growth or expansion strategy Confidence in status reporting, delivery documentation and deliverable management and governance framework Capability in establishing and running project management framework, processes, governance and tool sets Demonstrated experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering great outcomes Excellent verbal and written communication and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders Proven ability to manage and foster personal development and collaborate with Team Members across states. #J-18808-Ljbffr
