About Rous County Council Rous County Council is located in the heart of the Northern Rivers with an operational footprint covering over 3,000km2. As a County Council, we are responsible for providing three specific functions: Bulk Water Supply, Weed Biosecurity and Flood Mitigation.

Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Oversee daily operations, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating with vendors. Vendor Collaboration: Act as the main contact with the System Integrator for smooth cooperation. Clear Communication: Simplify and present complex ideas to management, Council, and employees through reports and presentations. Team Leadership: Lead and support the digital transformation team. Process Improvement: Document and enhance business processes to fit the Council's framework. Change Management: Collaborate with the change manager to ensure smooth adoption of new digital systems. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with the Leadership Team and key stakeholders. Senior Role: Serve as a senior member of the Transformation and Strategy Group.
