The Opportunity:The Project Manager – Corporate Brand and Events is a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract, Part-Time role, which will see you working 3 days per week.
This role will lead the coordination of corporate brand activities across Australia and New Zealand.
You will manage complex, large-scale projects and events from conception through execution, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders in Oceania and Japan to enhance the visibility of the Suntory brand.
Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute projects and events, ensuring alignment with corporate brand objectives.Exceptional ability to engage senior stakeholders, navigate diverse inputs, and foster collaborative relationships.Develop and manage project budgets, establish strong vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering effective solutions under pressure.A genuine interest in contributing to the creative process to elevate brand experiences and achieve business objectives.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Manage project administration and documentation.What We're Looking For:Five years of experience and a degree in administration, project management, or a related field that provides a strong foundation for this role.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within scope.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in project planning and execution.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.Unleash Your Spirit!As Suntorians we believe in Dreaming Big and Growing for Good.
