Project Manager - Key Responsibilities: Manage construction projects up to 10 million dollars from inception to completion. Assist in the management of contracts and subcontractor relationships. Review and administer contract documents. Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets. Collaborate with project teams to achieve successful project outcomes. Support the senior project manager / Director in various tasks. Project Manager - Requirements: Experience as a Project Manager with a builder in the construction industry, across various sectors, including projects up to 10 million dollars. Experience in government and commercial preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of construction contracts and project management.
