One of our trusted clients who are headquartered in Brisbane has asked Design & Build to find their next superstar Project Manager to join at the inception of their next project.
Position Overview:As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of new build projects across retail, mid-rise residential, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use commercial. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Looking toward the future, you will never have to worry about travel, as our client has a focus on the Greater Brisbane area ONLY.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a variety of new build projects from pre-construction to delivery to handover.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.Maintain the fun yet hardworking team culture.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in new build projects $20M - $40M.Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on iconic projects in a thriving industry.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Career growth and professional development opportunities.The chance to make a significant impact on the Gold Coast's skyline.For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Tim Natusch on or click apply.
