Our key partners include FMG, Rio Tinto, and BHP.Being traditionally owned and operated First Nations business, iContracting group provides genuine career opportunities for all Australians.About the OpportunityWe offer you quality and sustainable work opportunities to lead our teams across a range of projects.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Ensure the efficient delivery of projects in accordance with the client's requirements, on time and to budget.Provide direction to the site team delivering production outcomes against project scope and production plan.Management of sub-contractors, including performance monitoring and financial management.Undertake frequent site quality inspections and audits to assess compliance to HSEQ policies and procedures.Lead and manage team resources needed for project works.Provide update reporting against project KPI progress.About you5+ years project management experience across either Rehabilitation, Mining or Civil & Construction earthworks.Team first leadership driving expectations from the front.Solid knowledge of the Mines Safety and Inspection and the OH&S Acts and Regulations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Tertiary qualifications (desirable).Excellent time management with ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.Benefits & rewardsFamily friendly 4/3 or 8/6 RosterExcellent Rewards & BenefitsTeam first cultureiContracting is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage applicants from a diverse background to apply.
