Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Budget and Cost Management: Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control measures to meet or exceed regulatory standards and client expectations. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution. Contract Administration: Handle contract negotiations, progress claims, variations, and ensure compliance with financial accuracy. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction projects across residential, commercial, or mixed-use sectors. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, compliance, and contractor management.
