The primary focus of this role is to drive our sales efforts by building and nurturing relationships with builders, their estimators, contract administrators, and site staff.
You will work closely with our internal estimators and director to manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract finalisation.
The role will require you to be agile and work across many parts of the business, including sales, estimating, project management and safety.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, including builders, estimators, contract administrators, and site staff.Collaborate with internal estimators and the director to generate and close sales opportunities.Manage the entire sales cycle from estimating to contract negotiations, ensuring a seamless transition to project execution.Actively pursue new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for Arete Concrete.Leverage your industry knowledge to identify and mitigate risks throughout the sales process.Provide regular updates and reports to the director on sales pipeline and market insights.Represent Arete Concrete at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to enhance our market presence.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience in project management or sales within the construction industry, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in concrete services.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve targets and deliver results.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple stakeholders.A solid network of contacts within the construction industry in South East Queensland is highly desirable.Why Join Arete Concrete?At Arete Concrete, we don't just build structures; we build relationships and set benchmarks in the industry.
