Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management who is also passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our products and ensuring customer success throughout the lifecycle of the project. This role involves close collaboration with our customers to understand their needs, manage the deployment of our solutions, and ensure that our products deliver maximum value.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of our AI and ML products, working closely with customers to ensure a smooth deployment process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase and ongoing post-sales project enhancements, addressing any concerns and ensuring their requirements are met.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate customer needs into actionable project plans.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Facilitate regular project meetings, including customer check-ins, to track progress and resolve any issues.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and guidance post-implementation, helping customers maximize the value of our products.
Maintain thorough project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and any changes.
Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and other tools to manage project tasks, track progress, and report on outcomes.
Requirements
Experience in managing product implementation projects, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong understanding of customer success principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) or Customer Success is preferred.
