Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating and managing all aspects of building projects including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration and post construction activities and assisting in taking responsibility for the quality and suitability of the building product delivered to the client.Coordinating the activities of other project staff, external consultants, building contractors, managers and other business units.Preparation of procurement documentation, and high-level contract coordination in respect to traditional and non-traditional contract systems.Ensuring all projects are managed to achieve the client's scope, time, cost, cash-flow, quality requirements and profitability targets.Leading negotiations to ensure value for money solutions are identified and delivered.Controlling variances by generating exception reports on time and cost aspects of projects management and performing project audits to establish project team performance as appropriate.Assisting the Principal Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to determine attainable fees for services under your control and where necessary, generate the approval for the billing of clients.YouThe ideal candidate will have:Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction or engineering industry.Proven leadership skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsA relevant tertiary degree isn't required, but highly regardedApplyTo be considered for this position, please apply below with your CV and cover letter in Microsoft Word format.
