About you
As the PMO Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for the efficient operations of the support and administration activities for the Better Together PMO across the following areas:
Planning and schedule management.
Reporting and communications.
Governance and change control.
Financial monitoring, benefits tracking and decision support.
Maintaining risks, actions, issues and dependencies registers.
Quality assurance in accordance with PMO framework.
Resource management.
The PMO Analyst will also work closely with the Program Manager to provision program/project delivery support and co-ordination.
What you will do
Support the establishment of a 'fit-for-purpose' PMO to enable JCV to successfully deliver the transformation program scope and realisation of benefits.
Coordinate the regular program/project reporting cycles and production of program/project reports and materials, in line with the established standards and operating cadence.
Proactively collate and complete analysis to facilitate stakeholder discussions and build understanding across the program.
Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the establishment, monitoring and reporting of benefits realisation tracking.
Support PMO with leading project and change management teams through robust processes, tools, training and implementation support.
Provide information and communications to program/project stakeholders and ensure PMO services align with stakeholder expectations.
You will bring
Tertiary qualification in Business, Health or IT.
Demonstrated experience supporting a PMO including monitoring programs/projects, evaluating progress, risks, costs and quality, whilst providing updates to leadership.
Demonstrated experience developing repeatable processes, templates, PMO standards and guidelines.
Excellent knowledge and experience of formal project management methodologies, planning, financial and resource management.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Project and Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Strong project reporting capabilities and ability to produce high quality project/program level Steering Committee materials.
Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills.
