Project/Management Accountant - Construction

This is an excellent opportunity for a CA or CPA qualified Project Accountant, looking to develop their career in a growing, diversified construction group. This is a challenging role, providing great career prospects for the right person.Location: Western Sydney (parking provided)Reporting to: Divisional Financial ControllerKey Responsibilities:Accounting, reporting, cash management, budgeting, and forecasting for specific construction projects.Liaising with Construction and Project Managers for both ad hoc and BAU requirements.Debt and equity management, ensuring funds drawn are correctly accounted for.Reviewing existing systems and procedures to identify and implement improvements.Qualifications:CA or CPA qualified Accountant with recent project accounting experience in the property development or construction industry (essential).
