About the Opportunity As the Project Governance & Planning Partner, you'll be instrumental in running enterprise-wide cadences that facilitate prioritisation and organisation of work and capacity across RACV for our project and major feature work.
This dynamic role involves regular leadership reporting, maintaining prioritised roadmaps and pipeline artefacts, and providing coaching and support to business stakeholders engaged in our processes and frameworks. Your primary focus will be on aligning our portfolio with organisational goals and driving continuous improvement in planning, prioritisation, and governance.
This role is ideal for proactive, organised professionals with a strong understanding of project governance principles and both waterfall & agile methodologies. You will be skilled at systems thinking, capable of managing large, interrelated streams of work, and possess exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills.

Coordinate enterprise cadences & work submissions, ensuring stakeholder engagementEnsure adherence to project governance standards for consistent planning & delivery performancePrepare executive-level reporting on behalf of the PMOMaintain prioritised project pipeline views for major technology systemsDevelop & deliver department and project training materials to support the adoption of changes in areas of responsibilitySurface and maintain enterprise dependencies, risks & issues across the portfolio.Who we're looking for and what you'll bring Thrive in an environment where people are at the heart of everything. You'll come with:
