About The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Production Manager some of your responsibilities will include: Manage employees and subcontractors to create efficiencies and drive accountability Take responsibility for the execution of safety policies Assist with the implementation of Lean processes through continual improvement strategies Be the face of the company on-site to the customer and manage handovers Organise the on-site installation processes About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience as a Foreman in the building industry Strong leadership skills Trade qualification (Carpentry desirable) Current drivers licence The ability to travel to various sites in QLD (mostly day trips with some overnights once per month) You will also have: The ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and other departments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures What's in it for You?
