About the Role An exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to support BOQ Group during our transformation journey on a 6 month maximum term basis. By joining the digital bank of the future, you will be able to make a difference with curiosity and optimism, contributing to the successful and effective payroll service to BOQ Group employees, adding significant value to our organisation.As a Project Administrator within our People Services division, you will be Updating and managing the employee admin tracker, which captures employee verification information and correspondence information.Your key responsibilities will focus on:· Managing current and former employee queries and escalating to the project payroll analysis team where further clarification or direction is required.· Monitoring the project mailbox and helpline and responding to queries in a timely mannerFurthermore, you will provide top tier customer service, providing support to members of the HR team as required and actioning staff enquiries relating to the payroll function via phone or email within acceptable time frames. About you We are looking for a strong administrator who can demonstrate strong customer service skills, time management and attention to detail.Being a project role, we are looking for someone who can work autonomosly and meet project deadlines.
