Queensland Hydro's proposed pumped hydro energy storage projects can deliver the ultimate assurance for the State's energy transition and play a defining role in securing a stable transition to renewable energy.PurposeThe Project Environmental Advisor role for the Borumba Pumped Hydro Energy Storage Project is a key role assisting to ensure environmental compliance, management of environmental offset activities, undertaking project permitting inspections, and fostering sustainable practices throughout the project's lifecycle. This position provides guidance and oversight across all environmental facets during the project's lifecycle requiring a unique blend of technical proficiency, collaboration, and proactive planning to enable environmental compliance, mitigate ecological impact, and management of environmental offset activities.
