We're hiring a Project Engineer to join a supportive and collaborative team. This is a hybrid role split between remote working and their Wetherill Park office.

Lead a team of Site & Graduate Engineers by managing their day-to-day activities, measure their performance & development tasks, drive accountability and mentor your team to upskill to deliver project works.Proactively forecast and plan detailed high-level construction works in conjunction with the Area Supervisor in accordance with the Program of Work and processes. This includes maintaining a detailed schedule of works and program reporting.Monitor progress and action construction variations on multiple tasks and identify risk and impacts to the projects and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Review all Project KPIs, analysing results, facilitating, and developing improvement initiatives where required.Requirements:Qualifications in Engineering/Construction Management essential.Experience working in the Telecommunications industry is non-negotiable, ideally between 2-5 years' experience.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to manage a team including day-to-day tasks, KPIs, and performance reviews.A strong understanding of contract, finance, and commercial mechanisms.Technologically savvy – MS Office (Advanced Excel) and MS Projects.Only accepting candidates living in Australia & with full work rights.DiversityOur client is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents, and cultures that their people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities.
