Job Description: Head of Development We are seeking an experienced Head of Development to join our New Energy business unit.
About the Role The Head of Development role involves leading the development team across various energy development projects and guiding projects through the entire development lifecycle up to financial closure.
Key Responsibilities: Lead all project workstreams, including stakeholder engagement, approvals, health safety & environmental, land acquisition, grid connections, financial feasibility, and more. Manage development budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient project delivery. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including government entities, regulators, network operators, equity partners, advisors, and financiers. Your Skills and Experience: Degree in engineering, commerce, finance, or a related discipline. Extensive experience managing complex projects across all lifecycle phases. Proven expertise in Australia's energy sector, particularly in solar, wind, BESS, or transmission.
