We're on the hunt for a Project Engineer to join FOIT, a growing Managed Service Provider. In this role, you will provide hands-on services to their diverse client base and be responsible for troubleshooting, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions. What you'll be doing… Design, build, and implement secure solutions tailored to meet FOIT client needs, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery.Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, collaborating across departments.Oversee all project phases: planning, budgeting, task management, resource allocation, risk assessments, and adherence to methodologies.Technical Escalations (20%) Serve as a primary escalation point, assisting with technical issue resolution and problem-solving.Maintain optimal performance and high availability across FOIT's tech stack and client environments.Ensure seamless integration to support both FOIT's internal operations and client-facing solutions.What you'll bring… Proven expertise in Managed Services and ICT infrastructure, with a Bachelor's degree in IT or at least 3 years in a Project Engineering role.Strong experience in deploying and migrating Microsoft solutions, including Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure, and other key Microsoft products.Background in virtualisation and networking, with a strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.Demonstrated success in delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and within a small, collaborative team environment.Strong customer engagement and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.Analytical problem-solver who can simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical clients.Why Join FOIT?
