We are proudly owned and operated by the Corps family, with unequalled capabilities in earthworks, roadworks, civil construction, sand delivery and cartage.Due to the continued growth of the Company, we have a great opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team.The OpportunityAs a Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with our clients and multiple sub-contractors to ensure the management and completion of civil projects. You will provide support to the project teams in reviewing and updating project status, as well as identifying opportunities for process improvements.This is a full-time permanent role offered on a continuous roster, residentially in Karratha. FIFO may be considered.Duties IncludeManaging project resources for civil construction and infrastructure.Ensuring costs remain within budget.Evaluating the environmental impact of the project and associated risks.Conducting routine inspections on-site to identify potential problems.Ensuring sites meet all legal, health, and safety guidelines.Preparing job packages.Compiling and submitting permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.Performing or overseeing surveying operations to establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.Liaising with clients on scheduling and progress.Mix designs and ITP requirements as per specifications (QA).Problem solving, decision making, sound judgement, and assertiveness in Project Management.Preparing monthly reports on job progress and efficiency.Developing, maintaining, and influencing positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Minimum QualificationsTertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction.Current driver's license.Experience leading multi-disciplined teams.Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety rules and regulations, including safe working practices.The BenefitsExcellent family business culture.Long-running industry leading organisation offering security and longevity.Tremendous growth potential within a rapidly expanding high-quality business.
