Job Description This role is to support the Senior Project Manager with the planning, executing and overseeing of engineering projects as well as various business projects as required. You will be an integral part of a Project Delivery Team, primarily focusing on the development of our pilot plant facility in Alexandria, NSW.
Responsibilities Completion of tasks from clients, contractors and suppliers Procurement activities, including the commercial and technical evaluation of orders Contribute to the preparation of design schedules and the implementation of effective document control as directed Assisting with project management from project set up, engineering, fabrication to supply, construction and commissioning Assist the project in setting up Quality Assurance and Quality Control checks to meet Project requirements and in accordance with Australian standards Ability to read and interpret drawings, models and assist with technical designs as required Assist with the completion of reports and data analysis for designs completed for the project Contractual and risk management activities Manage logistics and associated documents Ability to travel to sites and suppliers as required About You 5+ years experience working with complicated engineering projects - Industrial Process or Battery Supply Chain a big plus, but not necessary Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, etc.) CAD software experience Previous experience with developing Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures Proficiency in project management software and tools Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under deadlines Experience with a broad range of engineering disciplines and EPC experience We encourage applications from all backgrounds, communities and abilities, and are committed to having a team that is made up of diverse skills and experiences.
