Your RoleAfter more than 100 years, CSL will fully vacate the Poplar Road site in Parkville and move operations to our Elizabeth Street headquarters and influenza and anti-venom manufacturing facility in Tullamarine.In this 12 month contract as Project Engineer, you will carry out activities associated with the decommissioning of the site and equipment. You'll also provide project support to the Project Manager/Portfolio Manager and team to ensure that the specified project requirements are implemented to specification, time, quality and within budget.Your ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Portfolio Manager you will:Carry out decommissioning activities for equipment, utilities, systems, and facilitiesPrepare decommissioning documentationSupport medium to large projects, as part of teams managed by Project ManagersRaise and administer purchase orders for supply of goods and servicesPreparation of key project management documentsAssist in the planning and co-ordination of any plant shutdown activitiesManage construction activities as directedEnsure that projects are managed in a way that recognises GMP and the need to actively manage the risk of non-complianceEnsure that projects are managed in a way that creates a safe, healthy and secure workplaceYour ExperienceBachelor degree in a relevant Engineering fieldAt least 3 years experience in similar industry (pharmaceutical, food and beverage, regulated manufacturing)Experience in commissioning or decommissioning equipment, facilities and systemsKnowledge of cGMP, Environment Health Safety and Sustainability (EHS) or Quality Management Systems is desirableTo apply, submit your CV no later than Monday 16th December 2024Our BenefitsCSL Seqirus is committed to attracting and retaining world-class employees who are valued for their contributions to achieving business objectives.
