The Role
They have entered a JV with another major player in a first-of-a-kind highly ground stabilisation project in PNG. Dealing directly with clients to define project requirements, manage project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Liaising with Authorities, Consultants, Engineers, and the community regarding the project. Tracking and reporting progress of the project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines. Managing and anticipating changes or variations to the contract. Ensuring project milestones are met. Ensuring the project is completed to a high quality prior to handover. Providing supervision, coaching, and mentoring to team members. Requirements
