About RP Infrastructure RP Infrastructure is a leading project management consultancy, offering client-side advisory and delivery services to the transport, health, energy, resources, building, and utilities sectors. Following our successful merger with Ranbury Management Group in 2023, we have experienced significant growth and are continuing to expand our sectors and service offerings across the Eastern Seaboard.
Due to our growth and the robust pipeline of work in the beautiful port city of Geelong, we are seeking a range of experienced infrastructure professionals to join our project management team. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and talented civil professionals to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities will vary, but some key duties below: The management of PMs and contractors, including project performance and client engagement.Manage the end-to-end delivery of the building and infrastructure projects.Foster relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external.Engage with contractors and consultants, including managing the construction process in complex environments.Oversee contract management, variations and claims.More about you:
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director on infrastructure projects. Experience in sectors such as terminals, wharfs, airports, transport, or mining would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, team members and stakeholders.The ability to manage up and down – leading your team of direct reports, as well as updating your Executive Director, and National Director as appropriate.High attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset. Relationship building is crucial in this role.Qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering or related discipline.What's In It for You
